`Pursuant to the Court’s May 3, 2019 Order Continuing Stay (Dkt. No. 135), the parties
`hereby submit the following Joint Status Report:
`As shown in the table below, six of the eight 2018 IPR petitions challenging the asserted
`patents in this case were instituted. On April 9, 2020, the PTAB issued final written decisions
`holding that the challenged claims of U.S. Patent No. 7,225,324 and U.S. Patent No.7,620,800
`are invalid. On June 11, 2020, the patent owner filed notices of appeal to the U.S. Court of
`Appeals for the Federal Circuit from the final written decisions. On October 5, 2020, the patent
`owner filed its opening brief. On December 16, 2020, the petitioner filed its response brief.
`On May 10, 2019, the IPR petition challenging U.S. Patent No. 7,149,867 (the “’867
`patent”) was denied. On June 3, 2019, the petitioners filed a request for rehearing under 37 C.F.R.
`§ 42.71. On June 9, 2020, the request for rehearing was denied.
`On August 10, 2020, Intel filed an IPR petition challenging the ’867 patent. Patent owner
`filed its preliminary response on December 5, 2020. The PTAB is expected to issue a decision
`on whether or not it will institute proceedings by February 17, 2021.
