`Granting Petitioner’s Motion to Submit Supplemental Information

`With our authorization, Petitioner filed a Motion to Submit
`
`Supplemental information. Paper 10. In the Motion, Petitioner moved to
`submit a supplemental certificate of accuracy for a prior art reference relied
`on in the Petition. Id. at 1; see Ex. 1019. Patent Owner opposed the Motion
`due to an erroneous date on the certificate of accuracy. Paper 11, 1–2. After
`briefing was complete, the parties informed the Board they amicably
`resolved this issue. Ex. 3001. The parties indicate Petitioner corrected the
`date on the certificate of accuracy and Patent Owner now “does not oppose
`Petitioner filing this updated certificate of accuracy as supplemental
`information.” Id.
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motion to Submit Supplemental
`Information, Paper 10, is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner shall file the corrected
`certificate of accuracy as the next numbered 1000 series Exhibit.
