`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, Petitioners TCT Mobile (US), Inc.; TCT

`Mobile (US) Holdings, Inc.; Huizhou TCL Mobile Communication Co. Ltd.; and

`TCL Communication, Inc., by and through its attorneys, will conduct examination
`
`by deposition of Patent Owner Fundamental Innovation Systems International
`
`LLC’s expert witness declarant Dr. Kenneth Fernald, in PTAB Case No. IPR2021-
`
`00599.
`
`The deposition will commence at 10:00 AM CST on Friday, February 18,
`
`2022. Due to the disruptions to travel and accompanying restrictions caused by
`
`COVID-19, the deposition of Dr. Fernald will be taking place via remote means;
`
`specific instructions for the remote deposition will be provided closer in time to the
`
`deposition.
`
`The deposition will be taken upon oral examination before an officer
`
`authorized by law to administer oaths. The deposition will be recorded by
`
`stenographic means.
`
`The parties have agreed to the date and time of the deposition and the
`
`availability of the witness.
