`The parties in this proceeding have reached an agreement to extend DUE
`
`DATES 2 and 3, as originally set forth in the Scheduling Order entered on October
`
`6, 2021 (Paper 9) and as previously modified in the Joint Stipulation entered on
`
`December 20, 2021 (Paper 10).
`
`As permitted by the Scheduling Order, the parties stipulate that DUE DATE
`
`2, as it relates to Petitioners’ reply, is extended from April 13, 2022 to May 2,
`
`2022, and DUE DATE 3, as it relates to Patent Owner’s sur-reply, is extended
`
`from May 18, 2022 to June 6, 2022.
`
`It is not believed that that any other action by the parties or the Board is
`
`required for the proposed schedule modification. This stipulation does not affect
`
`any other Due Dates set in the Scheduling Order.
