`requests that oral argument be held on the currently scheduled July 12, 2022 date

`(see Paper 14). Petitioner requests 1 hour of argument time. Consistent with the

`notice set forth at https://www.uspto.gov/about-us/news-updates/uspto-update-
`
`person-meetings, Petitioner understands, and otherwise requests,
`
`that oral
`
`argument is to be conducted remotely via video conference as opposed to in
`
`person. Petitioner believes that the following issues should be argued:

`1. Whether claims 1-5, 7-12, and 17-19 are unpatentable as obvious over
`
`Chang and Byrne;
`
`2. Whether claim 6 is unpatentable as obvious over Chang, Byrne, and
`
`Imielinski;
`
`3.
`
`Any issue raised by any party in a motion to strike (if any), motion to
`
`exclude (if any), objections to demonstrative exhibits (if any), or any other motion
`
`or paper filed by any party before oral argument; and
`
`
`
`4.
`
`Any further response to Patent Owner’s presentation on all matters.
