`paneled in various groups of three in the identified proceedings.

`
`PER CURIAM.
`
`ORDER
`Conduct of the Proceeding
`37 C.F.R. § 42.5
`
`
`
`On May 19, 2021, in each of the proceedings identified above,
`
`Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (“Petitioner”) filed a Motion to Dismiss the
`
`Petitions for Inter Partes Review (collectively the “Motions”). IPR2021-
`
`00487, Paper 7.3 Petitioner represents that the Motions are not opposed by
`
`Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson (“Patent Owner”). In the Motions,
`
`Petitioner asks the Board to dismiss the identified Petitions pre-institution,
`
`noting that the parties have settled their dispute, without Petitioner filing the
`
`associated settlement agreement. Via email, the parties also requested that
`
`“all deadlines in these cases be stayed pending the resolution” of Petitioner’s
`
`Motions.
`
`In these twenty-four proceedings, Patent Owner’s Preliminary
`
`Responses are due in the coming days, weeks, or months. In view of the
`
`unique circumstances presented in these proceedings, we are persuaded that
`
`there is good cause to hold the Patent Owner Preliminary Response
`
`deadlines in abeyance pending the Board’s ruling on Petitioner’s motions.
`
`See 37 C.F.R. § 42.5(c)(1) (“Times set by rule are default and may be
`
`modified by order.”).
`
`
`
`
`3 In the interest of expediency, we cite only to the papers in IPR2021-
`00487. Similar motions were also filed in each of the other proceedings.

`-00683, -00684, -00685, -00729, -00730, -00731, -00732
`
`
`Accordingly, it is:
`
`ORDERED that deadline for filing the Patent Owner’s Preliminary
`
`Response in each of the above-identified proceedings held in abeyance
`
`pending further order of the Board.
