`the first bit map size of the first format, and wherein applying the bit
`map comprises applying the bit map of the MAC CE using the first bit
`map size to activate/deactivate respective ones of the component carri-
`ers of the group of component carriers responsive to receiving the first
`LCID together with the MAC CE.
