`court has stayed the Dell and ASUSTek litigations and removed the previously-
`
`scheduled Nov. 8, 2021 trial date from its calendar. See June 22, 2021 Order in UNM

`granting motion to stay the Dell litigation “pending resolution of patent ownership
`

`
