`INTRODUCTION
`Patent Owner filed its Preliminary Response (Paper 10) with a
`PRIVATE/RESTRICTED designation to restrict it from public access
`because it contains confidential information relating to Petitioner. Patent
`Owner did not file a redacted version of its Preliminary Response.
`Petitioner subsequently filed a Renewed Motion for Entry of
`Protective Order (Paper 16) and a Renewed Motion to Seal Patent Owner
`Preliminary Response (Paper 15). Petitioner also filed as Exhibit 1049 a
`publicly accessible, redacted version of Patent Owner’s Preliminary
`Response.
`
`DISCUSSION
`Because the Preliminary Response is Patent Owner’s document,
`Patent Owner should file the redacted version of its Preliminary Response
`(currently filed as Exhibit 1049) as a publicly available paper. Among other
`things, it will help maintain clarity and improve accessibility of the record to
`have the public version of Patent Owner’s Preliminary Response correctly
`filed as a paper, rather than an exhibit.

`ORDER
`It is ORDERED that Patent Owner shall file a publicly available,
`redacted version of Patent Owner’s Preliminary Response by June 16, 2021.
