`INTRODUCTION
`Petitioner filed a Motion for Entry of Protective Order. Paper 9. With
`an Order filed concurrently herewith, we Denied Petitioner’s Motion for
`Entry of Protective Order.
`Patent Owner filed a Preliminary Response. Paper 10. Patent Owner
`filed its Preliminary Response and Exhibits 2002–2007 and 2012 to the
`Preliminary Response with a “PRIVATE” designation.
`Petitioner filed a Motion to Seal those documents. Paper 11.
`Petitioner also filed redacted versions of the Preliminary Response (Ex.
`1049) and Exhibits 2002–2007 and 2012 (Exs. 1043–1048). Petitioner’s
`Motion to Seal states that Petitioner conferred with counsel for Patent Owner
`and that “Patent Owner opposes sealing Ex. 2005 and [Patent Owner’s]
`discussion of it in [Patent Owner’s Preliminary Response].” Paper 11, 1.
`
`DISCUSSION
`Petitioner states that Patent Owner’s Preliminary Response and
`Exhibits 2002–2007 and 2012 contain information designated as “HIGHLY
`CONFIDENTIAL – ATTORNEYS’ EYES ONLY” under the proposed
`modified protective order. Paper 11, 2. Because we deny entry of the
`parties’ proposed modified protective order and Petitioner’s Motion to Seal
`is premised on entry of that protective order, we deny Petitioner’s Motion to
`Seal.
`
`ORDER
`It is ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motion to Seal is denied.
