`I, Kevin Jakel, make the following Declaration pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1746:

`I am a founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Unified Patents,
`
`LLC (“Unified”).
`
`2.
`
`I make this declaration in support of Unified’s Motion to Seal certain
`
`information submitted with the Patent Owner Preliminary Response.
`
`3.
`
`Exhibit 2005 is a copy of an email and several attachments that were
`
`sent by Mr. Shawn Awambi to a Unified member. Such communications are
`
`governed by a confidentiality agreement between Unified and that member and the
`
`expectation is that non-public information included in the email and the
`
`attachments would be handled in confidence by both Unified and the member.
`
`4.

`Similar presentations to those included in the attachments to Exhibit
`
`2005 have been provided to other Unified members. Each time Unified has
`
`provided this information, it has been under conditions that the recipients would
`
`treat the material in confidence.
`
`5.
`
`I have reviewed the redactions to Exhibit 2005 that I understand will
`
`be filed as Exhibit 1045 in this proceeding. The redacted information reflects
`
`sensitive business information that is subject to confidentiality obligations with
`
`third parties and the disclosure of which would cause harm to Unified.
`

`I declare that all statements made herein of my knowledge are true,
`
`and that all statements made on information and belief are believed to be true, and
`

`that these statements were made with the knowledge that willful false statements
