`Re: GUI Global Products, Ltd., D/B/A Gwee v. Samsung Elecs. Co., Ltd., et
`al., Case No. 4:20-cv-2624 (S.D. Tex.)
`
`Dear John:
`
`We write regarding our on-going litigation, in which GUI Global Products, Ltd.
`asserts U.S. Patent No. 10,589,320 (the “’320 patent”) against Samsung Electronics Co.,
`Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (together, “Samsung”).
`
`Samsung is planning to submit a petition for inter partes review on claims 1-13 of
`the ’320 patent. By this letter, Samsung stipulates that, if the Board institutes inter partes
`review of IPR2021-00338, Samsung will not rely on any of U.S. Patent Application
`Publication 2010/0227642, Korean Patent Publication 10-2008-0093178, or U.S. Patent
`Application Publication 2010/0298032 to assert invalidity of the ’320 patent in the
`litigation.
`
`Sincerely,
`
`Jin-Suk Park
