`Petitioner MobileIron Inc. requests a refund in the amount of $24,750 to
`
`be credited to Deposit Account Number 603652.
`
`On November 5, 2020, Petitioner filed a Petition for Inter Partes Review of
`
`U.S. Patent No. 8,442,489 with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board that was
`
`assigned case number IPR2021-00162. In accordance with the fee schedule
`
`specified in 37 C.F.R. § 42.15(a), Petitioner deposited an electronic payment in
`
`the amount of $20,125 with the Board at the time of filing of its Petition to cover
`
`associated fees with Petitioner’s inter partes review request, and a further $24,750
`
`in post-institution fees.
`
`On March 23, 2021, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board entered a decision
`
`granting a motion to dismiss this proceeding. Accordingly, Petitioner requests a
`
`refund in the amount of $24,750 for the post-institution fees that it has paid to the
`
`USPTO in connection with that proceeding, credited to Deposit Account Number
`
`603652.
