`The Scheduling Order for this case stated that oral argument, if
`requested, will be held at the USPTO headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia,
`but that the parties may request that it be held instead at the Detroit,
`Michigan, USPTO Regional Office or the San Jose, California USPTO
`Regional Office. Paper 27, 6.
`This is to notify the parties that the default location for oral argument
`will now be at the San Jose, California USPTO Regional Office if both
`parties agree to a live hearing (or otherwise, it will take place virtually by
`video conference). If both parties request a live hearing, they may request
`that it be held instead at the Detroit, Michigan USPTO Regional Office. If
`the hearing is live at either location, one judge on the panel will be attending
`in person and the other two will participate remotely.
`The date of the hearing, September 6, 2022, remains as indicated in
`the Scheduling Order. See Paper 27, 11. This notice does not affect the
`parties’ requirement, under the Scheduling Order, to submit any request for
`oral argument by DUE DATE 4 (July 22, 2022). Any such a request “must
`be filed as a separate paper and must specify the issues to be argued.”
