`Pursuant to the Patent and Trademark Office’s Final Rule Setting and
`
`Adjusting Patent Fees, 78 Fed. Reg. 4212, 4232–4234 (Jan. 18, 2013), Petitioners
`
`respectfully request a refund in the amount of $22,500.00 to be paid to deposit
`
`account number 603576.
`
`On October 29, 2020, Petitioners filed a Petition for Inter Partes Review of
`
`U.S. Patent No. 10,484,511, Case No. IPR2021-00122. In accordance with the fee
`
`schedule specified in 37 C.F.R. § 42.15(a)(2), Petitioners paid $22,500 in post-
`
`institution fees.
`
`The Patent Trial and Appeal Board issued a Decision Denying Institution on
`
`April 20, 2021 (Paper 12). Accordingly, Petitioners respectfully request a refund in
`
`the amount of $22,500 for the post-institution fees paid to the USPTO in connection
`
`with this proceeding.
