`The parties in this IPR proceeding reached an agreement to extend the portion
`
`of Due Date 1 related to the Patent Owner’s Response and the portion of Due Date
`
`2 related to the Petitioner’s Reply set forth in the Scheduling Order (Paper 10).
`
`Specifically, as permitted by the Scheduling Order, the parties stipulate to the
`
`following modifications:
`
`• Due Date 1 related to Patent Owner’s response extended from Aug. 2,
`
`2021 to Aug. 16, 2021.
`
`• Due Date 2 related to Petitioner’s Reply extended from Oct. 25, 2021
`
`to Nov. 8, 2021.
`
`Moreover, while deposition of Mr. Shah was previously noticed to occur on
`
`July 30, 2021, the parties have agreed to take that off calendar and schedule Mr.
`
`Shah’s deposition sometime between Aug. 2 and Aug. 12, 2021, to be agreed jointly
`
`between the parties soon.
`
`It is not believed that any other action by the parties or the Board is required
`
`for the proposed schedule modification. This stipulation does not affect any other
`
`Due Dates set in the Scheduling Order.
