`Plaintiff United Services Automobile Association (“USAA”) and Defendant Wells Fargo

`Bank, N.A. (“Wells Fargo”) have reached a settlement in principle to resolve the claims asserted

`in this case between them. Accordingly, USAA and Wells Fargo jointly move to stay the case
`
`for sixty (60) days in order to finalize the settlement of this matter and file appropriate dismissal
`
`papers.
