`The Hearing and Target Date for this Investigation were suspended on May 15, 2020 due to
`
`Covid19. The Commission has selected WebEx as the video conferencing solution for virtual
`
`hearings, and hearings will begin later this month. In view of the press of other matters queued up
`
`for use of the Commission’s resources, the evidentiary hearing for the present Investigation will now
`
`be held on Monday, November 16, 2020 through Friday, November 20, 2020. The Target Date is
`
`now set for July 16, 2021.
`
`Accordingly, the remaining schedule will be as follows:

`initial determination pursuant to 19 C.F.R. § 210.43(a), or the Commission, pursuant to 19 C.F.R. §

`
`abandoned and may be disregarded by the Commission in reviewing the initial determination
`
`pursuant to 19 C.F.R. §§ 210.43(b) and (c).
