`
`INITIAL DETERMINATION RE-SETTING HEARING AND
`TARGET DATE
`
`(August 11, 2020)
`
`The Hearing and Target Date for this Investigation were suspended on May 15, 2020 due
`
`to Covid19. The Commission has selected WebEx as the video conferencing solution for virtual
`
`hearings, and hearings will begin later this month. In view of the press of other matters queued
`
`up for use of the Commission’s resources, the evidentiary hearing for the present Investigation
`
`will now be held on Monday, December 14, 2020 through Friday, December 18, 2020. Although
`
`ideally each hearing day will involve a full day of testimony, in view of logistical difficulties, it
`
`is understood that the hearing may involve multiple sessions with lengthy breaks in between.
`
`The Target Date is now set for August 17, 2021.
`
`Accordingly, the remaining schedule will be as follows:
`
`Pre-trial conference

`Pursuant to 19 C.F.R. § 210.42(h), this initial determination shall become the
`
`determination of the Commission thirty (30) days after the date of service of the initial
`
`determination, unless a party files a petition for review of the initial determination within five (5)

`
`Commission, pursuant to 19 C.F.R. § 210.44, orders on its own motion a review of the initial
