`I. INTRODUCTION
`
`On September 30, 2021, Petitioner and Patent Owner jointly

`requested authorization to move Due Date 2 for Petitioner’s Reply and
`
`Opposition to Substitute Motion to Amend from October 22, 2021 to
`
`November 3, 2021. On the same day, we advised Petitioner and Patent
`
`Owner by email communication that Due Date 2 would be moved to
`
`November 3, 2021, and that an Order so indicating would be entered.
`
`Ex. 3009.
`
`This Order is to reflect that the Due Date 2 for Petitioner’s Reply and
`
`Opposition to Substitute Motion to Amend is November 3, 2021. All other
`
`dates for actions in the trial of this inter partes review will remain as
`
`scheduled by the previous Orders.
