`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, Petitioners Edwards Lifesciences

`Corporation and Edwards Lifesciences LLC (collectively, “Petitioners”) notice
`
`the deposition of Dr. Lakshmi Prasad Dasi regarding his Declaration filed in
`
`IPR2020-01649.
`
`The deposition will take place on August 25, 2021, by remote
`
`videoconferencing means, for which access information will be provided in
`
`advance of the deposition, as agreed upon by counsel. The deposition will
`
`commence at 9:00 AM (Eastern Time), and shall continue thereafter day to day
`
`until completed. The deposition will be taken before a Notary Public or other
`
`officer authorized by law to administer oaths. The testimony shall be recorded
`
`by stenographic and/or video means.
