`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Patent Owner RAI Strategic Holdings, Inc.

`hereby requests oral argument. The oral argument is presently set for Thursday,

`January 6, 2022. In view of the year-end holidays, Patent Owner respectfully
`
`requests that the Board schedule oral argument for January 10, 11, 13, or 14,
`
`instead of January 6. Patent Owner has conferred with Petitioner, and Petitioner
`
`does not oppose Patent Owner’s request that oral argument be scheduled for
`
`January 10, 11, 13, or 14.

`The issues to be argued include the following:

`The alleged unpatentability of claims 1, 2, 5, 7, 9, 11, 12,
