`attorneys, shall take the deposition of Peter Netland, M.D., Ph.D. beginning at 9

`a.m. on September 30, 2021, at Courtyard Charlottesville – University Medical
`
`Center in Charlottesville, VA. The deposition will proceed before a duly
`
`qualified officer authorized to administer oaths and take testimony, and will be
`
`recorded stenographically, may be videotaped, and real time transcription
`
`services may be utilized. All counsel of record are invited to attend this
`
`deposition.

`This Notice satisfies 37 C.F.R. §42.53(d)(4) because it updates the previous

`notice Patent Owner served on Petitioner on September 7, 2021 by formally
`
`noticing the agreed-upon date for the deposition.
