`For the quantification two measurements were performed for each sample: one with 1 whole capsule

`and one with only the filling of 1 whole capsule. Each test item and 20 mg of the internal standard
`
`(TPP) were exactly weighed (see tables “Calculation of content”, Chapter 6 - NMR Spectroscopy),
`dissolved in 10 ml CDCl3 / MeOH / Cs-EDTA, aq. (2/4/4) and measured. The integrated signals of
