`of intellectual property, and particularly, patent litigation.

`I have never been suspended or disbarred from practice before any court

`01492) has been asserted in Monterey Research, LLC v. Qualcomm Inc.

`I have established familiarity with the subject matter at issue in this
`
`proceeding. I have reviewed U.S. Patent No. 6,651,134 and its prosecution file
`
`history. I have also reviewed the parties’ papers and exhibits in this proceeding, as
`
`well as the Board’s decisions in this proceeding to date.
