`it does turn out that way, we will ask the court to certify the issue for an interlocutory appeal. Would Intel be opposed
`to that scenario. This also means that FG SRC will likely seek to amend the claims in the IPR, but for now, Intel can enjoy
`this preliminary victory, but the war continues.
