`In the parallel district court case, the Court entered a claim construction order on April 5, 2021.
`Pursuant to the Decision Granting Institution, Petitioner is ordered to file a copy of that decision as
`an exhibit by April 12, 2021. See Paper 13 at 74. Because we have a conference scheduled for the
`next day (April 13), Petitioner inquired with the PTAB’s supervising paralegal about whether we
`should proceed with that filing or wait instead for the conference with the panel. We were
`instructed to pass that question on to trials@uspto.gov. Please let us know how best to proceed; we
`did not want to file the order if the panel’s intent is to discuss the matter first at the conference.
