`My firm represents Vascular Solutions and its parent Teleflex. Yesterday we filed a lawsuit on behalf of our clients
`against Medtronic, Inc. and Medtronic Vascular, Inc. A courtesy copy of the complaint (without exhibits) is attached for
`your convenience. The entire complaint and exhibits can be accessed at the following sharefile site:

`registered agent promptly after receiving the summons from the Court.
