`argument. The Scheduling Order (Paper 10) set one day, November 18, 2021, for
`
`oral argument. Petitioner respectfully requests a total of five hours for a one-day

`
`reduction to practice issues for the patents challenged in IPR2020-01341,
`
`and -01343; and (2) the instituted grounds of invalidity in all four instituted IPRs in
`
`IPR2020-01341, -01342, -01343, and -01344.

`
`7,604,612 (“Ressemann”);
`
`3. Whether claims 25-40, 42, 44-48, 52, and 53 are rendered obvious by
`
`Ressemann in view of the knowledge of a POSITA;
`
`4. Whether claim 45 is rendered obvious by Itou in view of Ressemann,
`
`U.S. Publication Application No. 2005/0015073 (“Kataishi”), and the
`
`knowledge of a POSITA; and
`
`5.
`
