`GuideLiner Device
`A devicefor providing extra guide catheter back-up support during PTCA procedures.
`
`The initial Guide-Liner device is a 5F catheterthat is inserted through a standard 6F guide
`catheter. It is intended to extend the guide catheter support up to 5 cminto the coronaryartery.
`Theinitial design is an over-the-wire configuration, with a rapid exchangeversion to follow.
`Larger 6F and 7F sizes of the GuideLinerare also being developed. Prototypes have been made
`and evaluated. We expect to submit a 510(k) for the over-the-wire versions bylate third quarter
`
