`IPR2020-01341 (8,142,413 B2)
`IPR2020-01342 (8,142,413 B2)
`
`
` In an email correspondence sent to the Board on April 5, 2021,
`counsel for Patent Owner requested a conference call to discuss the
`scheduled due dates in four related proceedings, namely, IPR2020-01341,
`IPR2020-01342, IPR2020-01343, and IPR2020-01344. The relevant portion
`of Patent Owner’s email reads as follows:
`
`As the Board is aware, [IPR2020-01341 and IPR2020-01342]
`have a schedule that is offset from the schedule of [IPR2020-
`01343 and IPR2020-01344] by about 10 days, but all four IPRs
`have the same oral argument date. Patent Owner seeks a call
`with the Board to request that the schedule for the first two IPRs
`(-1341 and -1342) be modified to match the current schedule for
`the second two IPRs (-1343 and -1344). Patent Owner believes
`that such a schedule modification would help to simplify the
`proceedings and improve efficiency.
` Patent Owner has
`conferred with the Petitioner and the Petitioner is agreeable to
`Patent Owner’s proposal to request that the schedule of the
`1341/1342 IPRs be modified to match the schedule of the
`1343/1344 IPRs.
`Upon due consideration, we hereby grant the Patent Owner’s
`unopposed request to modify the Due Dates of IPR2020-01341 and IPR2020-
`01342 such that they are identical to the due dates set forth in the Scheduling
`Order of IPR2020-01343 and IPR2020-01344. Per the unopposed request, we
`modify the Scheduling Order in IPR2020-01343 and IPR2020-01344 such
`that Due Dates 1 to 8 are as follows:
