`Dear Trial Board,

`We represent Petitioner Regeneron, Inc. in IPR2020-01317 and IPR2020-01318. Petitioner
`respectfully requests a teleconference with the Board to seek authorization to submit a single reply
`brief limited to 20 pages to respond to the Patent Owner Preliminary Responses submitted on
`October 22, 2020 in IPR2020-01317 and -01318. The reply would address (1) Patent Owner’s
`argument that the Board should exercise its discretion to deny institution of the IPRs under 35 U.S.C.
`§ 314(d) including Patent Owner’s extensive reliance on the October 19, 2020 panel decision in
`IPR2020-00772 that issued after the -01317 and -01318 petitions were filed; and (2)
`Misrepresentations made by Patent Owner in its argument that the Board should exercise its
`discretion to deny institution of the IPRs under 35 U.S.C. § 325(d).
`
`The parties have conferred by email and Patent Owner opposes this request. The parties are
`available for a conference call on October 28th at 2pm, October 29th at 9-11am or 3-5pm, and
`October 30th at 9am.
