`separate program guidelines as
`required by their state or region,
`such as reporting requirements,
`cost-effectiveness, budget
`approvals, etc).

`DLC Members are integral to the
`success of the DLC’s mission: to
`achieve energy optimization by
`enabling interconnected solutions
`with a focus on quality for people
`and the environment. Together,
`our Members create a collective force that provides expertise and insight into DLC policy and
`specification development on topics such as quality, performance, and energy efficiency to drive
`lighting market transformation.
