`Before the Court is Plaintiff Ultravision Technologies, LLC’s (“Ultravision”) Notice of
`
`Voluntary Dismissal Without Prejudice (the “Notice”). (Dkt. No. 12.) In the Notice, Ultravision
`
`seeks to dismiss the above-captioned action as to Defendant Samsung Display Co. Ltd. (“Samsung
`
`Display”) voluntarily and without prejudice.
`
`In view of the Notice, the Court is of the opinion that the Notice should be and hereby is
`
`APPROVED. It is therefore ORDERED that all claims and causes of action asserted by and
`
`between Ultravision and Samsung Display are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. It is
`
`further ORDERED that each party bear its own costs, attorney fees, and expenses. The Court
`
`DIRECTS THE CLERK to remove Samsung Display as an active litigant within this case.
`
`So ORDERED and SIGNED this 8th day of April, 2020.
