`Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 317(b), 37 C.F.R. § 42.74(c), and the Board’s

`authorization via email on November 17, 2021, Petitioner HP, Inc. and Patent Owner
`
`Synkloud Technologies LLC jointly request that the Settlement Agreement (Exhibit
`
`2043) referenced in the concurrently-filed Joint Motion to Terminate Proceeding
`
`be filed as business confidential information. This Settlement Agreement describes
`
`the highly confidential terms of the parties’ single settlement, which constitutes confidential
`
`commercial information under the Board’s rules. See 37 C.F.R. § 42.54; Office Patent Trial
`
`Practice Guide, 77 Fed. Reg. 48,756, 48,760 (Aug. 14, 2012). The parties further jointly
`
`request that the Settlement Agreement be kept separate from the file of the patent
`
`involved in the inter partes review and be made available only on the showing of
`
`good cause or to Federal Government agencies on a written request. 35 U.S.C.
`
`§ 317(b); 37 C.F.R. § 42.74(c).
