Text Order GRANTING 43 Motion to Consolidate Cases entered by Judge Alan D
`Albright. Before the Court is Defendants' Unopposed Motion to Consolidate Cases by
`which Defendants in Civil Action Nos. 6:19-cv-712-ADA and 6:19-cv-714-ADA seek to
`consolidate these cases, and Plaintiff does not oppose this motion but reserves its right
`under Fed. R. Civ. P. 42 to seek severance for trial should factual development of the
`cases regarding the Defendants and their respective products make such a motion
`appropriate. The Court hereby GRANTS the motion. It is therefore ORDERED that Civil
`Action Nos. 6:19-cv-712-ADA and 6:19-cv-714-ADA are consolidated for all purposes.
