`The launch date for the "commercial" product (the advertiser content, not the community-based content) is
`approximately mid-May; the availability of a critical feature (the ability to fire VOD videos from the interactive
`sessions) is delayed until then. We are also delayed in getting the product tested — we are trying to book time at
`Navic in Mass. and at Oceanic, but we are not getting time soon enough. We actually finished construction of the
`commercial product almost two weeks ago....

`The first phase of the consumer-based product is scheduled for mid-June. We are entering construction in the
`next couple of weeks, specs are being put together now.

`Of course, the pressure is on to get this done, but honestly I don't know if I can get it all to you by Tuesday since I
`now have too many appointments on Monday. I will do my best and will let you know Monday / Tuesday.

`in the office this week, then be traveling to Korea all the following week, and returning
`by May 10. If May 1 is still BBiTV's launch date, then you should try to get me your final
`materials no later than Tuesday morning, April 27. If the launch date has been delayed
`into the late May, then you can take additional time to perhaps capture some of the
`detailed specs from the dev team on the community content system, and we can work
`together to finalize the application and file it sometime after May 10.
