`On May 11, 2021, Petitioner filed a Motion for Pro Hac Vice
`Admission of Michael J. Summersgill and, separately, a Motion for Pro Hac
`Vice Admission of Todd Zubler in each of the above-identified proceedings.
`See IPR2020-01265, Papers 14 (Summersgill), 15 (Zubler) (“Motions”);
`IPR2020-01302, Papers 14 (Summersgill), 15 (Zubler). The Motions are
`supported by Declarations of Messrs. Summersgill and Zubler. IPR2020-
`01265, Exs. 1020 (Summersgill), 1021 (Zubler); IPR2020-01302, Exs. 1031
`(Summersgill), 1032 (Zubler). Patent Owner has not opposed the Motions.
`Upon review of the record before us, we determine that the
`requirements of 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(c) have been met and there is good cause
`to admit Messrs. Summersgill and Zubler pro hac vice.
`
`It is, therefore,
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motions for Pro Hac Vice Admission of
`Michael J. Summersgill and Todd Zubler are granted; Messrs. Summersgill
`and Zubler are authorized to act only as back-up counsel in the above-
`identified proceedings;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner is to continue to have a
`registered practitioner represent it as lead counsel for the above-identified
`proceedings;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Messrs. Summersgill and Zubler are to
`comply with the Consolidated Trial Practice Guide2 (84 Fed. Reg. 64,280
`(Nov. 21, 2019)), and the Board’s Rules of Practice for Trials as set forth in
`Part 42 of Title 37, Code of Federal Regulations; and
