`Pursuant to the Scheduling Order (Paper 11), Patent Owner (ParkerVision,

`Inc.) would like to change DUE DATE 1 for filing its Patent Owner’s Response from
`
`April 27, 2021, to May 11, 2021. Petitioner (Intel) does not oppose this modification
`
`provided that:
`
`(1) DUE DATE 2 for the Petitioner’s Reply is changed from July 22, 2021,
`
`to August 5, 2021, so that Petitioner does not have less time to file its
`
`Reply,
`
`(2) DUE DATE 3 for Patent Owner’s Sur-Reply remains as scheduled, and
`
`(3)
`
`Patent Owner agrees that it will not seek to delay the date of the Final
`
`Written Decision.
`
`Patent Owner accepts Petitioner’s three conditions above.
`
`In light of the discussion above, the portions of DUE DATES 1 and 2 relating
`
`to Patent Owner’s Response and Petitioner’s Reply are modified as set forth below.
`
`The portions of DUE DATES 1 and 2 relating to Patent Owner’s Motion to Amend
`
`and Petitioner’s Opposition to Motion to Amend, as well as DUE DATES 3 to 8,

`remain unchanged.
