`Defendants LG Display Co., LTD, LG Electronics, Inc., and Sony Corporation (collectively,
`
`“Defendants”) provide notice that Defendants’ lead trial counsel, Mr. Doug Lumish, has a
`
`preexisting conflict with the new March 29, 2021 trial setting in this matter. Dkt. No. 86; see Dkt.
`
`No. 79 (previous trial for May 17, 2021). Mr. Lumish is currently set to begin trial in the District
`
`Court of Tarrant County, Texas, 17th Judicial District, on March 22, 2021 in the matter of Cardone
`
`Industries, Inc. v. Joel Farina, et al., Cause No. 017-271617-14. See Ex. A. The Cardone
`
`Industries trial is expected to last five weeks.
`
`Defendants advised counsel for Plaintiff of this conflict before filing this notice. If the
`
`conflict remains closer to trial, then Defendants may move for a continuance. Defendants provide
`
`this notice to prevent the Court or the Plaintiff from being surprised by the conflict or a future
`
`request to continue the trial in this matter.
