`on, inter alia, Apple Inc. v. Fintiv, Inc., IPR2020-00019 (PTAB Mar. 20,
`2020) (precedential) (“Fintiv”). The facts of this case are similar to those in
`IPR2020-01055 where the parties filed additional briefing addressing the

`Fintiv issues raised. IPR2020-01055, Papers 7–9. We determine that it
`would be beneficial to have further briefing in this case as well.
