`The Scheduling Order in these proceedings initially set the date of
`
`oral argument (Due Date 8) as October 13, 2021. Paper 18, 10 (both

`proceedings). Due to hearing room availability, the oral hearing date has
`
`been changed to October 12, 2021. All other aspects of the Scheduling
`
`Orders remain unchanged, subject to the parties’ joint stipulation, as allowed
`
`for in the Scheduling Orders.
`
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`
`ORDERED that Due Date 8 (date of oral argument) in each
`
`proceeding is revised to October 12, 2021; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that all other aspects of the Scheduling Orders
`
`remain unchanged, subject to the parties’ joint stipulation, as allowed for in
`
`the Scheduling Orders.
