`Floor Mat)
`
`The creation provides a structure for vehicle floor mat, which comprises
`three layers of components including Tetoron cloth in the top layer, a plastic
`plate in the middle layer and a mesh pad in the bottom layer. The three layers of
`components are laminated and integrally formed by the compression molding
`technology to form a vehicle floor mat, which is a concave disk body. A
`plurality of convex blocks are arranged symmetrically on the disk surface of the
`disk body in a protruding manner, a plurality of guiding grooves arranged
`crisscross are formed among the convex blocks and are roughly in a tendency of
`downward guiding to collect dirty water, rain and mud and facilitate cleaning.
`On the bottom of the disk body, countless anti-slip nodes are formed. The
`foregoing vehicle floor mat is slip resistant, can collect dirt and sand to avoid
`contaminating the carpet in the vehicle and can be easily cleaned.

`V. Description of the Creation (1)
`
`363545
`
`The present creation relates to a structure for vehicle floor mat, particularly
`to a floor mat with such structure, which not only can be placed on a vehicle
`carpet for treading without slip but also can collect dirt and sand on shoe soles
`to avoid contaminating the carpet in the vehicle and can also guide dirty water
`to flow to one location by relying on a plurality of symmetric inclined guiding
`grooves formed in the concave disk to facilitate removal and cleaning.
`
`Generally, high-class vehicle carpets with high quality and a high price is
`installed in the vehicle. They can improve the overall internal appearance of the
`vehicle. However, in order to prevent damage of the carpets caused by
`excessive treading, the vehicle owner normally will install a set of floor mats
`(four mats for the front seats and rear seats) on the vehicle carpets to protect the
`high-class vehicle carpets under the floor mats. This act is unquestionable, but
`conventional vehicle floor mats are simply placed on the vehicle carpets in
`general, so there is no measure or design for strong and firm fixation between
`the floor mats and the carpets. Therefore, the conventional vehicle floor mats
`are liable to displacement upon treading, which will affect driving safety,
`thereby needing improvement.
`
`Further, conventional vehicle floor mats adopt a planar design, so a period of
`time after shoes and boots carry sand, rain, mud, dirty water and other dirt to the
`floor mats in the vehicle from outside the vehicle, such muddy dirt will
`contaminate the carpets under the floor mats, which not only may damage the
`expensive vehicle carpets but also will affect internal appearance of the vehicle.
`It is a common defect of conventional vehicle floor mats.
`
`To address the foregoing defect of conventional vehicle floor mats in practice,
`the creator has designed and developed a vehicle floor mat with an improved
`structure.

`V. Description of the Creation (2)
`
`The structure for vehicle floor mat not only can strengthen the anti-slip function
`but also can achieve an effect of collecting the dirt and sand on shoes and boots
`to avoid contaminating the carpets in the vehicle and can also guide dirty water
`to flow to one location by relying on a plurality of grooves arranged on the floor
`mats to facilitate removal and cleaning. This is the objective of the present
`creation.
`
`The present creation provides a structure for vehicle floor mat, which
`comprises three layers of components including Tetoron cloth in the top layer, a
`plastic plate in the middle layer and a mesh pad in the bottom layer. The three
`layers of components are laminated and integrally formed by the compression
`molding technology to form a vehicle floor mat, which is a concave disk body.
`A plurality of convex blocks are arranged symmetrically on the disk surface of
`the disk body in a protruding manner, a plurality of guiding grooves arranged
`crisscross are formed among the convex blocks and are roughly in a tendency of
`downward guiding to collect dirty water, rain and mud and facilitate cleaning.
`On the bottom of the disk body, countless anti-slip nodes are formed. The
`foregoing vehicle floor mat is slip resistant, can collect dirt and sand to avoid
`contaminating the carpets in the vehicle and can be easily cleaned.
`
`In order that the examiner can further understand the structure, features and
`effects of the creation, the creator further elaborates the embodiments by
`referring to the accompanying drawings below:
`
`As shown in Fig 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, the vehicle floor mat (100)
`provided by the present creation comprises three layers of components
`including Tetoron cloth (10) in the top layer, a plastic plate (20) in the middle
`layer and

`
`a mesh pad (30) in the bottom layer. The foregoing plastic plate (20) in the
`middle layer may be made of tough, lightweight and waterproof foamed
`polyethylene (PE) or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA); the mesh pad
`(30) in the bottom layer is a mesh woven with a plurality of crisscross tough
`rope yarns (31). The mesh is soaked in a plastic material (PVC), which is
`foamed to form a plurality of convex nodes (32) in a protruding state on the
`foregoing plurality of crisscross tough rope yarns (31); the present creation is to
`laminate three layers of components including the mesh pad (30) having a
`plurality of convex nodes (32), the foregoing plastic plate (20) in the middle
`layer and the foregoing Tetoron cloth (10) in the top layer and then integrally
`mold them by the compression molding technology into a vehicle floor mat
`(100) provided by the present creation as shown in Fig. 1.
`
`The vehicle floor mat (100) provided by the present creation as shown in
`the figure is essentially a concave disk body. The front edge portion of the disk
`body is further extended to form a shallow disk body. The planes of the concave
`disk body and the shallow disk body are both for treading of shoes and boots
`and can be freely arranged at any locations according to the floor conditions of
`the front and rear seats.
`
`A plurality of convex blocks (A) are symmetrically arranged in a
`protruding manner on the disk surface of the concave disk body formed for the
`foregoing vehicle floor mat (100). The convex blocks (A) may be designed in
`various shapes without limitation such as a shape of rectangular blocks, lozenge
`blocks or geometric blocks. Particularly,

`V. Description of the Creation (4)
`
`a plurality of guiding grooves (B) arranged crisscross are naturally formed
`among the convex blocks (A) and are roughly in a tendency of downward
`guiding so that when sand, rain, mud, dirty water and other dirt are attached to
`shoes and boots and brought onto the vehicle floor mat (100) provided by the
`present creation by accident, the muddy dirt can be guided and collected to one
`location through the rubbing effect of the convex blocks (A) and the collection
`of the guiding grooves (B) to facilitate removal and cleaning. Meanwhile, as the
`vehicle floor mat (100) provided by the present creation adopts a design of a
`concave disk, the foregoing muddy dirt will not disperse to the outside of the
`disk and contaminate the carpet, thereby keeping the carpets clean and
`maintaining a good look of the inside of the vehicle.
`
`As a plurality of convex nodes (32) are formed in a protruding state on the
`mesh pad (30) in the bottom layer of the vehicle floor mat (100) provided by the
`present creation and the countless convex nodes (32) and the fiber fabric of the
`carpet on the bottom surface of the floor mat (100) may be tightly against each
`other to increase the frictional resistance between them, the floor mat (100)
`provided by the present creation can effectively achieve an effect of being fixed
`to the carpet and resisting slip.
`
`To sum up, the present creation provides a structure for vehicle floor mat.
`Although the structure is simple, the spatial pattern of the present creation is
`first developed in the industry and is innovative and progressive and compared
`with conventional floor mats in use effects, the present creation obviously is
`progressive and practical and meets the requirements for positive and negative
`elements of a utility model. Therefore, the patent application is filed according
`to law and we greatly appreciate your examination and patenting of the
`application.
