`Case IPR2020-01139
`U.S. Patent No. 8,382,186
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53 and the Notice of Joint Stipulation Regarding
`
`Cross-Examination (Paper 44), Petitioner Yita LLC (“Petitioner”) hereby provides
`
`notice to Patent Owner MacNeil IP LCC (“Patent Owner”) that the remote video
`
`interview of Ms. Janina Kaminskiene will be held on July 2, 2021, beginning at
`
`10:00 AM EDT. This interview will concern the instant proceeding, as well as
`
`related proceeding IPR2020-01142.
`
`The interview will be conducted remotely using video teleconferencing
`
`service(s) and/or telephony service(s) that provide remote access for authorized
`
`parties wishing to participate in the interview via the Internet and/or telephonically.
`
`The interview will be recorded using stenographic means pursuant to 37
`
`C.F.R. § 42.53(a). The interview will also be transcribed by real-time reporting
`
`software.
`
`Given that strong and continuous Internet connectivity of a remote interview
`
`is crucial, a test may be conducted with all parties prior to the interview date. If
`
`connectivity or other technical issues arise during the test that cannot be corrected
`
`before the interview date, then an alternative interview date will be scheduled. If
`
`connectivity or other technical issues arise during the course of the interview and
`
`are not corrected such that the interview cannot be completed on the interview
`
`date, an alternative interview date will be used to complete the interview.
