`Granting Motion for Withdrawal and Substitution of Counsel

`I. BACKGROUND
`On October 8, 2020, with prior authorization, Patent Owner filed its
`Motion for Withdrawal and Substitution of Counsel (“Motion” or “Mot.”) in
`each of the above-captioned proceedings. Paper 9.1
`Patent Owner moves to withdraw Michele Bosch, David Reese, and
`Nicholas Cerulli as counsel and substitute David G. Wille as lead counsel
`and Chad C. Walters and Clarke W. Stavinoha as backup counsel. Mot. 2.
`Mr. Wille is a registered practitioner. Id. Patent Owner also notes that
`Jefferson Perkins shall remain as backup counsel. Id. at 3. Patent Owner
`attests that: “reasonable steps have been taken to ‘avoid foreseeable
`prejudice to the rights of the client, including giving due notice to his or her
`client, [and] allowing time for employment of another practitioner.’” Id.
`Petitioner does not oppose the Motion. Id. Patent Owner has already filed
`updated Mandatory Notices in accordance with Rule 42.8(a)(3) reflecting
`the requested changes in its representation. Paper 8.2
`II. ORDER
`For the reasons given, it is:
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Motion for Withdrawal and
`Substitution of Counsel is granted in each of the four proceedings captioned
`above.

`materially identical motion in IPR2020-01139, IPR2020-01140, and
`IPR2020-01142. Paper 7 in each proceeding.
