EXHIBIT G
`U.S. PATENT NO. 8,761,839 (THE ’839 PATENT) – INFRINGEMENT
`
`Defendants Verizon Communications, Inc., Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless, and Verizon Business Network Services, Inc. (collectively
`“Verizon” or “Defendants”) directly infringe, contribute to the infringement of, and induce the infringement of the asserted claims of the ’839 patent,
`either literally or under the doctrine of equivalents by, among other things, making, using, offering for sale, selling, and/or importing into the United
`States unlicensed systems, products, and/or services that infringe such claims of the ’839 patent. Such unlicensed systems, products, and/or services
`include, by way of example and without limitation, the Verizon One Talk application (“Accused Instrumentalities”). The asserted claims are
`identified in the claim charts below. The Accused Instrumentalities meet the asserted claims of the ’839 patent as demonstrated below.
`
`Each element of these asserted claims, except where noted otherwise, is present literally or under the doctrine of equivalents in the Accused
`Instrumentalities because there is no substantial difference between the claim element and the corresponding functionality in the Accused
`Instrumentality, i.e., the corresponding functionality in the Accused Instrumentalities does substantially the same thing, in substantially the same way
`to achieve substantially the same results as the claimed element. Plaintiffs’ investigation and discovery are ongoing, and Plaintiffs therefore reserve
`the right to supplement, amend, and modify this information as discovery progresses, including by citation to documents, things, and testimony
`provided by any and all Defendants and/or third parties.
`
`The charts below demonstrate infringement by Verizon, but are not intended to construe or propose any construction for any claims of the ’839 patent
`or limit infringement theories or contentions. Plaintiffs identified elements of the Accused Instrumentalities that correspond to the language in the
`preamble. By including such language in the chart, Plaintiffs do not concede that the language in the preamble constitutes a claim element that must
`be satisfied for infringement purposes. The cited evidence is not exhaustive but exemplary in nature. Plaintiffs may amend or supplement this chart
`(including by adding or removing asserted claims and accused products) with additional information in the course of discovery (including by citation
`to documents, things, and testimony provided by any and all Defendants and/or third parties).

`contacts in a mobile terminal having a
`processor, performed by the processor,
`comprising:
`
`[1a] setting, a mapping relationship
`between an attribute value of an
`attribute of a contact and a display
`effect of a contact bubble
`corresponding to the contact;
`
`Accused Instrumentalities
`The evidence provided here for the preamble is for informational purposes only and should not be
`interpreted as a concession that the preamble is a limitation on the claims.
`
`Verizon’s One Talk application processes contacts in a mobile terminal having a processor, performed
`by the processor.
`
`See, e.g., https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.verizon.onetalk; see also “One Talk -
`Handling multiple mobile calls: Verizon Tutorial Video,” available at
`https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/one-talk-handling-multiple-calls-video/ (“Tutorial Video”).
`
`Verizon’s One Talk application sets a mapping relationship between an attribute value of an attribute of
`a contact and a display effect of a contact bubble corresponding to the contact.
`
`See, e.g., Tutorial Video at 0:29 (“All of your current calls are displayed as bubbles on the top of your
`screen”) (changing contact bubble for “Jim” to reflect currently active call):
