`Before the Court is the Claim Construction Memorandum Opinion and Order (“Order”) of
`
`Magistrate Judge Payne dated September 30, 2020 (Dkt. No. 407). Plaintiff Ultravision
`
`Technologies, LLC (“Ultravision”) has filed Objections to the Order (Dkt. No. 420) and a Notice
`
`of Supplemental Authority (Dkt. No. 575).
`
`After considering the reasoning provided in the Order, the underlying claim construction
`
`briefing, Ultravision’s Objections, and Ultravision’s Notice of Supplemental Authority, the Court
`
`agrees with the conclusions reached within the Order and finds Ultravision’s arguments within its
`
`Objections unpersuasive. Accordingly, the Court OVERRULES Ultravision’s Objections
`
`and ADOPTS the Claim Construction Order (Dkt. No. 407).
