`Subject: IPR2020-01041, DISH v. Sound View: Request to File Supplemental Information
`
`Dear Board,
`
`Petitioner respectfully requests leave to file as supplemental information a corrected Declaration for
`Dr. Negus (his original Declaration was filed as Exhibit 1002) to include the additional attestation that
`his statements “were made with the knowledge that willful false statements are punishable by fine
`or imprisonment, or both, under Section 1001 of Title 18 of the United States Code.” There are no
`other proposed changes or corrections to Dr. Negus’ Declaration that are contemplated by this
`request.
`
`Patent Owner has indicated that it does not oppose this request. Please let us know if you require
`any additional information. Thank you.
`
`Best regards,
`Brock S. Weber
