`Withdraw and Substitute Counsel

`1 This Order applies to both proceedings. We exercise our discretion to
`issue one Order to be filed in each proceeding. The parties are not
`authorized to use this style heading for any subsequent papers.

`On August 10, 2020, pursuant to our authorization, Patent Owner filed
`
`a motion to withdraw and substitute counsel in each of the proceedings
`captioned above. Paper 11 (“Motion”). 2,3 Patent Owner requests permission
`to withdraw Steven B. Kelber as lead counsel. Id. at 2. Patent Owner seeks
`to designate Dr. Gregory J. Gonsalves (Reg. No. 43,639) as new lead
`counsel. Id. The Motion is unopposed.
`Patent Owner filed a Power of Attorney for Dr. Gonsalves. Paper 9.
`Patent Owner also filed updated Mandatory Notices omitting Mr. Kelber and
`listing Dr. Gonsalves as lead counsel. Paper 10.
`Counsel may withdraw from an inter partes review proceeding only
`with Board authorization. 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e). Under these circumstances,
`we grant Patent Owner’s Motion.

`Accordingly, it is:
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Motion is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Steven B. Kelber is withdrawn as counsel
`for Patent Owner in each of the above-captioned proceedings; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Dr. Gregory J. Gonsalves is recognized
`as lead counsel for Patent Owner in the above-captioned proceedings.

`2 The motions filed in the above-captioned proceedings are substantively the
`same. We cite to the record in IPR2020-01031, unless otherwise noted.
`3 The Motion does not include page numbers. Thus, for convenience, we
