`What is claimed is:
`1. A telescopic instant frame assembled building structure capable of quickly extending and
`contracting, configured comprising: a plurality of main support columns, side bars, roof
`support bars, a plurality of upper fixed support bar shaft bodies, lower moving support bar
`shaft bodies, and a roof bearing beam shaft, wherein the main support column supports the
`overall structure, the side bars cross or align to link between both main support columns,
`and the roof is assembled by a linking or supporting method;
`a rooftop portion in which the side bars, the rooftop support bars, and push-up bars on the
`main body link with each other and all screw tightened portions of endpoints are rotatable
`at an angle, thereby configuring a building and enabling extension or contraction is a

`special feature of the present invention; the bifold roof support bars link with each other in
`a single iron groove, and the support bars are limited to only 180 degrees of internal angle
`rotation, both ends of a push-up bar are respectively provided on a main column and a
`rooftop support bar, forming a straight line to both bars, the extension and contraction of
`the building adds to the push up of the rooftop support bars, and a corner folding and
`sloped roof design of the present invention, which is capable of maintaining the slope of
`the rooftop, can form the rooftop and push up radially without requiring any other vertical
`support bar elements.
`2. The telescopic instant frame assembled building structure according to claim 1 of the Scope
`of Utility Model Registration Claims, wherein a moving insertion box stop hole is provided
`on an upper end of the main support column, a similar stop hole is separately provided at a
`suitable position on a lower end, comprising: using a telescopic support column stop hole
`in the hollow core of the main support column, which, when the building is unfolded, uses
`a moving insertion pin to bite into the lower end of the lower moving

`support bar shaft body, fixes the pushed open side bars, and is matched with the lower end
`stop hole to form a telescopic support column and cause the telescopic support column to
`extend from within the main support column; and using a stop hole having the moving
`insertion pin inserted therein when lifted to also fix the telescopic support column.
`3. The telescopic instant frame assembled building structure according to claim 1 of the Scope
`of Utility Model Registration Claims, wherein side bar portions assemble alternatingly with
`a crossing method or aligning method, the height of the location of an entrance and exit of
`the tent or building structure is suitably raised to make entrance and exit of persons
`convenient, and as needed, it is assembled by mixing the crossing method or the aligning
`method, and the location of the entrance where the side bars are raised is raised, ranging
`from on a single side to all four sides together.
`3. Detailed Description of the Invention
`The present invention relates to a telescopic building structure capable of instantaneously
`assembling and folding a frame, and is particularly configured to be capable of using side bars,
`rooftop support bars, and the like mutually linked together with a shaft body and moving joint

`method to be configured to be angle rotatable at each joint, and further configured such that the
`building structure is capable of quickly extending and contracting; and
`controlled with the length of the rooftop support bars and push-up bars, configured to be capable
`of forming a naturally sloped roof without requiring any vertical support bars in the center
`thereof when they form the building structure and are extended and configured to separately use
`a clever side bar support conversion method to be capable of raising the height of the location of
`the entrance/exit, making entrance and exit of persons convenient, and making greater use of the
`space at the location of the entrance.
`Accompanying the quick changes of society, the pace of life grows more tense day by day,
`leisure time has gradually become decidedly emphasized, and going outdoors or to the green,
`growing fields is a leisure activity enjoyed by persons, yet equipment is not prepared for
`outdoors activities as with indoor activities, and thus the present invention provides a telescopic

`frame assembled building structure having an easy and quick operation and an elegant exterior,
`enables those engaging in outdoor activities to enjoy a lovely place of peace, and the side bars
`and rooftop support bars are pushed up naturally, and thus it is configured to be capable of
`forming a smooth, sloped body without requiring support from any support in the center of the
`roof, and it is configured such that there is no risk whatsoever of the smooth sloped roof
`collapsing, bending, or leaking rainwater when raining; and
`it is designed to use the clever design of the side bars, which combine with each other in a
`crossing method or aligning method and arrange and raise the location of the entrance as needed,
`to be capable of setting to form a raised side and improve entrance and exit of persons, ranging
`from a single to all four sides, and when producing and improve applicability of the present
`invention, which has superior points such as follow:
`1. Useful for carrying around due to integrated shape.
`2. Saves time and energy because the frame assembly and folding operations are simple.

`3. Neat and pretty after assembly is complete.
`4. Can be moved and positioned at will.
`5. No risk of being blown over by wind.
`6. Highly mobile.
`7. Convenient for aligning the location of the entrance/exit and raising the side bars for entrance
`and exit of persons.
`8. The rooftop is pushed up to increase space for activities for which it is used without requiring
`support from any support column in the center of the tent body.
`As illustrated in FIG. 4, the present invention is composed of a plurality of main support
`columns (1), side bars (5), lower moving support bar shaft bodies (3), upper fixed support bar
`shaft bodies (4), roof support bars (7), iron groove joints (6), roof frame push-up bars (9), and a
`roof bearing beam shaft (8), the main support column (1) is has a square or round column body,
`has an upper stop hole (12) provided on its upper end to provide a moving insertion pin (13) for
`inserting into the upper stop hole of the main body (1), and thereby, the lower moving support
`bar shaft body (3) is fixed to not slip down (see FIG. 16), a plurality of lower stop holes (11) are

`provided on the bottom end of the main support column (1), a telescopic support column (2) is
`provided in a hollow center of the main support column (1), a plurality of stop holes (22) are
`similarly also provided on the upper part, the action of the stop holes is that when then the
`telescopic support column (2) has extended a suitable length from inside the main support
`column (1), the moving insertion pins are inserted to fix the lower stop holes (11) on the main
`support body (1) and raise and fix the overall height, and the lower end of the telescopic support
`column (2) has a bottom stand piece (21) welded and fixed thereto to reinforce overall stability
`(see FIGS. 11 and 12);
`the lower moving support bar shaft body (3) fitted on the main support column (1) is a square
`or round hollow core column (see FIGS. 15 and 16) with an opening on each end, two lower side
`bar fixed shaft pieces (32) are provided on the lower end, both shafts are each connected to one
`end of the side bar (5), a roof push-up bar fixed shaft piece (31) is separately provided on the
`central upper part of the included angle of both shaft pieces (32), the shaft piece and one end of
`the roof push-up bar are coupled to each other, the hollow core portion in the middle of the lower
`moving support bar shaft body (3) is fitted on the main support column (1), the extension and

`contraction of the side bar (5) is designed to slide up and down, and the moving insertion pin
`(13) is inserted until the stop hole (12) on the support column when the body is extended to the
`maximum, and thus the lower moving support bar shaft body (3) is stopped and fixed, the lower
`moving support bar shaft body (3) is prevented from slipping down, and the entirety from
`deforming or contracting (see FIG. 17);
`the upper fixed support bar shaft body (4) is a square or round hollow core column (see FIG.
`14), two upper side bar fixed shaft pieces (42) are provided on the upper part, both shafts are
`each connected to one end of the side bar (5), a roof support bar fixed shaft piece (41) is
`provided on the lower part of the center of the included angle of both shaft pieces (42), the shaft
`piece and one end of a roof support bar (76) are coupled to each other, and the upper fixed
`support bar shaft body (4) is fixed to the upper end of the main column (1);
`the side bar (5) uses in combination the crossing method or aligning method (see FIGS. 4, 5,
`and 6), the clever design aligns and raises them as needed, entrance and exit of persons is further

`made convenient by so doing, the crossing method combines using (5a) and (5b), the aligning
`method uses an iron groove (6) to link (5c) and (5d) to form a horizontal shape, it is composed
`having a push-up bar (51) added thereto, and both ends are respectively fixed on the upper side
`bar fixed shaft piece (42) of the upper fixed support bar shaft body (4) and the lower side bar
`fixed shaft piece (32) of the lower moving support bar shaft body (3);
`the roof portion is composed of roof support bars (7a) and (7b) and a roof frame push-up bar
`(9), the roof support bars (7a) and (7b) are linked with an iron groove (6), the front and back
`ends are respectively fixed to a roof frame fixed shaft piece (81) of the central roof beam bearing
`(8), the other ends are fixed on the roof support bar fixed shaft piece (41) of the upper fixed
`support bar shaft body (4), the center of the roof beam bearing (8) is round or another shape, and
`a plurality of roof support shaft fixed shaft pieces (81) (see FIG. 18) is provided around it; and
`both sides of the support frame push-up bar (9) are respectively fixed to the roof push-up bar
`fixed shaft piece (31) of the lower moving support bar shaft body (3) a suitable position (91)

`in the middle of the roof support bar (76), in addition to supporting the roof support bar, an
`object of the push-up bar (9) is to also improve extension and contraction, washers are added to
`bolts or rivets to link when the entirety is linked, and each linkage point is angle rotatable.
`When the entirety of the “telescopic instant frame assembled building structure” of the present
`invention is contracted, the angle of each joint portion is close to zero, the volume is also
`extremely small, and when pulling outward from the main body (1) to open, the angle of each
`joint portion gradually increases, the volume also increases accompanying this and forms the
`completed building structure, it becomes possible to pull the telescopic support columns (2) in
`the main body (1) down, the height of the structure overall is increased, and it itself is pushed up
`using the side bars and roof support push-up bars, and thus the center of the roof naturally forms
`a sloped shape, the side bars are assembled combining crossing or aligning, and it is possible to

`suitably raise the location of the entrance/exit.
`When assembling the building, after the four main columns (1) are first pulled open outward
`(see FIG. 9), when the lower moving support bar shaft body (3) is further pushed upward, the
`roof support bar (7) push-up bar (9) and side bar (5) portion automatically raise upward, the
`overall structure gradually expands and unfolds, and thus the lower moving support bar shaft
`body (3) is fitted on the main support column (1) to be movable, and the roof support bar (9) and
`the side bar support bar (51) are linked, that is, gradually raise upward along the main support
`column (1) at the same time as extension, and the roof support bar (7), and the side bars are
`pushed upward, and thereby, the building shape is formed, and when the lower moving support
`bar shaft body (3) rises and reaches a suitable height, the moving insertion pin (13) inside the
`main support column is inserted into a midsection hole of the main support column (1) body and
`bites down to position and fix the overall structure (see FIG. 17), and when the structure is
`contracted, the moving insertion pin (13) is pulled out, and the four main support columns (1) are

`pulled to the center, and thereafter, the motion of contracting is completed when the upper half is
`pushed together.
